Officers

The officers of the Board of Education shall be the President, Vice President and Secretary. The President and Vice President shall be elected annually in July or whenever a vacancy exists, by majority vote of the full membership. The Board shall select and appoint a Secretary and an Assistant Secretary who shall be employees of the Board and shall have the powers and duties prescribed by these Rules.
