The program covers services and medications to prevent or plan pregnancy; education for preconception and fertility awareness; and reproductive medical and treatment services through face-to-face visits, including STI, HPV and HIV testing and STI treatment.
Eligibility
- Reside in Illinois,
- Meet program income requirement,
- Not pregnant, and
- Not already enrolled in a public benefits program
