All Chicago students can attend the general education program at their neighborhood school (based on their address). Students can also apply to any open enrollment program in the city. Details	This program is designed to meet the needs of high-ability students whose native language is Spanish or Polish. All students applying for this program must take an entrance exam. The EL-Gifted exam is a reasoning skills test that is administered in the student’s native language (Spanish or Polish).
