End of Week Message: Showcasing our CPS Champions

Dear CPS Families, Colleagues, and Supporters,

From the classroom, to the athletic field, to the community, our District’s students show us every day that “the best are with CPS.'' Earlier this week, it was my pleasure to recognize a handful of these accomplished students at the first-ever CPS Champions celebration.

This event was hosted by Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, whose years as a CPS teacher give him a unique perspective on who our students are and all that they have to offer. He had the idea this year to showcase some of our District’s most accomplished students at the UIC Forum, which I was eager to support. 

Co-hosting the event was Kate’Lynn, our District’s Honorary Student Board Member. A current 11th-grader at Kenwood Career Academy, Kate’Lynn has a passion for student voice, and is bringing a unique and invaluable perspective to our monthly Board of Education meetings. I was proud to see her representing CPS as we recognized her fellow students.

The evening’s first honorees were three students from my CPS alma mater, Juarez Community Academy High School. All three placed in the field science category of the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) State Championship Competition. 

Two students from South Shore International High School—Jayla and Heaven—also entered the HOSA competition, earning first and second place, respectively, in the category of medical assisting. I am excited by the path that all five of these students are on, and look forward to seeing the impact they will one day have on our country’s healthcare system.

Also honored at this week’s celebration was Boluwatife, a student at Sullivan High School who placed third in a journalism competition sponsored by Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). 

And Aisling, a current student at Walter Payton College Prep, was recognized for earning the First Place Varsity Speaker Award during last year’s Middle School Debate Championship.

Then we have Avi, who was recognized for being the highest-ranking chess player in CPS. During the 30th Annual Midwest Chess Championship, this Lane Tech student performed exceptionally well, advancing to a match with a Grandmaster chess player.

With their STEM Fest Challenge, our partners at NASCAR gave CPS students a great opportunity this year to explore the science behind the sport of auto racing. This began with a contest to design the best racing helmet, with top teams moving on to the next level of competition to refine their designs. The first place winner in the 9th and 10th grade division was the team from Solorio High School, with students from Infinity Math, Science, and Technology High School taking top honors for 11th and 12th grade. 

Finally, we were thrilled to recognize four students from Chicago Vocational Career Academy who worked together to create an innovative app called Pathways. This app uses artificial intelligence to match students’ interests and passions with career paths they might not even know exist. With the creation of their Pathways app, this team of tech-savvy students won $10,000 in the All Home Safe Innovation Challenge sponsored by Nation Builders, Microsoft, and the Women of AT&T.

The students we celebrated during the CPS Champions event are just a sampling of our District’s talent. They represent thousands of creative, innovative thinkers and leaders who are making their mark in schools across our city. I thank Mayor Johnson for organizing an event highlighting their accomplishments and look forward to more opportunities to showcase our students’ limitless potential.

Take Five with Anne Gray: Music Teacher at Franklin Fine Arts Center

Take Five is a series that highlights some of the many members of the CPS community who are going above and beyond for our schools. If you know someone who is making a difference, nominate them to be featured here. 

This week, we’re excited to feature Ms. Anne Gray, who has been the music teacher at Franklin Fine Arts Center for nearly 20 years, and who was recently featured by the TODAY Show on NBC. In this fun segment, Ms. Gray and Franklin students were surprised with a message from Adam Sandler, a movie watch party in the auditorium, and a $5,000 donation to the school. Ms. Gray is planning on using these funds to purchase new amps and guitars for her classroom, as well as upgrade her students’ choir uniforms!

Right now, Ms. Gray and her fellow fine arts teachers are busy getting their students ready for Franklin’s annual Winter Showcase, which will feature student artwork, along with performances in piano, dance, choir, monologue, and even puppetry! 

“Franklin is a magical place,” Ms. Gray said. “The arts are treated with the same weight and importance as every other academic subject here. Every kid has their happy place, whether it’s math or dance or music, and here every student is able to explore those passions.”

How did it feel to have your school’s music program featured on The TODAY Show?

I was so honored to be recognized like that, especially as a music teacher. Sometimes arts education is under-valued, even though it can have such a profound impact on students’ lives. And it was so great to see the kids acknowledged, because it’s them. Everything is for them!

Staff and Student Spotlights

It has been a great school year thus far, and that’s thanks to students like Desean from Wendell Phillips High School. His hard work has led him to earn more than $1 million in college scholarships. Not only has he excelled in the classroom, but he has also been a key piece of the Phillips football team. Now, his next big decision is selecting where he wants to go to college. He is looking for a school that has a strong football program, good financial aid, and, above all else, academic opportunities that can help him become a better student. 

The team at Marcus Garvey Elementary School is also having a great year because of its strengthened focus on community engagement. The school recently hosted the Superman Ball, a new twist on the traditional Daddy Daughter Dance meant to celebrate all of the inspirational men that support its female students. It included food, dancing, a photo booth, and a gymnasium decorated to the nines. In total, more than 100 members of the Garvey community came together to participate in this event. 

And, at Avalon Park Fine and Performing Arts School, community partnership helped make the school’s Friendsgiving feast possible. Students got to eat all of the main foods associated with Thanksgiving—turkey, dressing, collard greens, sweet potatoes, and dinner rolls. There were also cupcakes for dessert and iced tea and juice pouches to wash everything down, which were all donated by Avalon Park’s parents. This event was a great way for students to develop a deep sense of pride and belonging as part of their school community. 

A Look Around the District 

Students at Curie High School, located in the Archer Heights neighborhood of Chicago, attended the school's first-ever Early College and Career Education (ECCE) Resource Fair, where they learned of the various opportunities available through ECCE. 

Salazar Elementary on the city’s Near Northside celebrated the Hindu festival of lights known as Diwali. Students learned about the holiday by reading a book titled “Let’s Celebrate 5 Days of Diwali” and immersed themselves in traditions like applying mehendi or henna on their hands. 

At Northside Learning Center High School in Hollywood Park, students in the Culinary program worked hard to bake over 100 pumpkin pies for a school-wide raffle. Three winners from each homeroom were chosen to take home a pie, along with eight students who were able to take home a Turkey Dinner for their family!

Students at Lincoln Elementary in Lincoln Park celebrated the giving season with the school’s annual Fall Fest. The school-wide event featured an assembly with K-5 students performing poetry and music in both French and English. 

The Student Council at Till Elementary, located in West Woodlawn, had the wonderful opportunity to serve the community with the distribution of 200 turkeys to families and residents in the surrounding neighborhood. 

Finally, various schools across the District have hosted their own Thanksgiving dinners. At Piccolo Elementary in West Humboldt Park, families, students, and staff joined for a Potluck dinner hosted in part by the Parent Advisory Committee. And at Edison Park in Norwood Park West, Special Education Cluster Classrooms planned and hosted a Thanksgiving Dinner for their peers, clinicians, and administrators!

NASCAR Bike Giveaway at Ogden Elementary

The NASCAR Foundation recently delivered two dozen bikes to students at Ogden Elementary located on the city’s Near North Side. As a part of their donation to All Kids Bike, an initiative designed to teach kindergarten students how to ride a bike in P.E. class, NASCAR will bring the program and a total of 200 bikes to eight schools across the District. The Learn-to-Ride program will help students develop both physically and mentally, boost their confidence, reduce stress, and provide better focus in and outside of the classroom! 

New Annex Ribbon-cutting at Sauganash Elementary

The school community at Sauganash Elementary gathered to celebrate the opening of their school’s new annex building. District and community leaders joined the school for a Ribbon-cutting ceremony where guests were able to catch a glimpse of the new space. From 3D printers found in the new STEM makerspace to a kiln for creative expression in the art room, students and staff are sure to find high-quality resources included to promote meaningful learning!

Share Your Feedback on the Future of CPS Facilities

From December 2023 through February 2024, CPS is hosting 16 neighborhood-specific roundtable discussions across the city regarding our school facilities. Families and staff will be able to collaborate and share their thoughts on how the District should prioritize repairs, construction projects, and overall investments in our school buildings. 

You can find your region and register to attend a meeting here. While we encourage in-person attendance, each session will offer a virtual option. Spanish and ASL translations will be provided at all meetings. To guarantee admission, please register 48 hours prior to the start of a session.

Complete the Shape Our Future Survey by December 22 

Whether you’re a student, a parent, an employee, or a community member, the Shape Our Future Survey is a great opportunity for all of our District’s stakeholders to share the details of their CPS experience, from where things are going well, to where they could improve, to what should be prioritized moving forward. 

This survey takes just 7–10 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. It is available in six languages—English, Spanish, Arabic, Polish, Urdu, and Simplified Chinese. The deadline to complete this survey is Friday, December 22.

2024 RE*VER*BER*ATE Arts Festival Submissions Now Open

Submissions are open now through March 1, 2024 for the 2024 RE*VER*BER*ATE arts festival, which will be held May 1–4, 2024. This four-day arts festival, which is open to all pre-k–12 CPS students, provides student participants with exhibition and performance opportunities, workshops, portfolio reviews, and college and career opportunities. For more information, visit the CPS website or the applications for the festival’s three different categories:

• Performing Arts: Solo, Duet, and Small Ensemble Submissions
• Performing Arts: Large Ensemble Submissions
• Visual and Media Arts Submissions

Updated COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines Now Available Through CPS and CDPH

CPS is now offering updated flu and COVID-19 vaccines, along with mandatory vaccines required for school, to our students through vaccine events and Student-Based Health Centers. Because we have received a limited supply, we are prioritizing these no-cost vaccines for students who are uninsured, under-insured, or get insurance through Medicaid. Families can visit cps.edu/vaccines for more information and to make an appointment.

Because our supply is limited, we are focusing solely on vaccinating our students right now. For staff, parents, and guardians who are uninsured, under-insured, or get coverage through Medicaid, we encourage getting a vaccine through a federally-qualified health center, or a clinic or vaccine event run by the City of Chicago. 

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) will be hosting City College COVID-19/Flu Vaccination Clinics on Saturday, December 2 at Kennedy-King College (740 W. 63rd Street), and Saturday, December 9 at Malcolm X College (900 W. Van Buren Street) from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments can be made at chicago.gov/covidvax.

Important Information for Families Receiving Medicaid Benefits

All families who receive Medicaid benefits must renew them annually. The State of Illinois is currently mailing renewal forms on a rolling basis. The envelope will look like this: 

Once you receive your renewal form, please fill it out and send it back as soon as possible to ensure that your family does not lose Medicaid coverage. 

You can also renew your benefits online. Visit abe.illinois.gov and click “Manage My Case” to log in to your account. A step-by-step guide to renewing your benefits either by mail or online can be found at cps.edu/medicaid. 

If you need assistance, you can call the Healthy CPS Hotline at 773-553-KIDS (5437) or fill out an assistance request form, and a coordinator from the CPS Office of Student Health and Wellness will be happy to assist you.

Estimadas familias, colegas y simpatizantes de las CPS: 

Desde las aulas hasta los campos atléticos y hasta en la comunidad, los estudiantes de nuestro Distrito demuestran cada día que “los mejores están con las CPS”. Esta semana tuve el placer de reconocer a varios de estos estudiantes sobresalientes en la primera celebración CPS Champions. 

El anfitrión de este evento fue el alcalde de Chicago Brandon Johnson, cuyos años como maestro de las CPS le han dado una perspectiva única sobre quienes son nuestros estudiantes y todo lo que pueden ofrecer. Este año él tuvo la idea de resaltar a algunos de nuestros estudiantes más sobresalientes en el Foro UIC, idea que tuvo mi apoyo y entusiasmo. 

El evento tuvo también como anfitriona a Kate’Lynn, la estudiante miembro honorario de la Junta de Educación. Kate’Lynn, que actualmente cursa el undécimo grado en la Academia Profesional Kenwood, se siente apasionada por la opinión estudiantil, y contribuye una perspectiva única y valiosísima a las reuniones mensuales de la Junta. Me sentí muy orgulloso viéndola representando a las CPS mientras celebrábamos a sus estudiantes compañeros.

Los primeros en ser homenajeados fueron tres estudiantes de mi alma mater, la Escuela Secundaria Juarez Community Academy. Los tres estudiantes estuvieron entre los finalistas de la categoría de ciencia de campo del campeonato estatal de la organización Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA). 

Jayla y Heaven, de la Escuela Secundaria Internacional South Shore, también participaron en la competencia de HOSA, y obtuvieron el primero y el segundo lugar, respectivamente, en la categoría de asistencia médica. Me entusiasma el camino que han tomado estos cinco estudiantes, y espero ver el impacto que un día tendrán en el sistema de atención médica de nuestro país. 

Otra homenajeada en la celebración de esta semana fue Boluwatife, estudiante de la Escuela Secundaria Sullivan, que obtuvo el tercer lugar en una competencia de periodismo auspiciada por la organización Future Business Leaders of America.

Aisling, estudiante actual de la Preparatoria Walter Payton, fue reconocida por haber obtenido el primer lugar como oradora varsity en el Campeonato de Debate de Escuela Intermedia del año pasado. 

También tenemos a Avi, que fue reconocido como el jugador de ajedrez de mayor rango en las CPS. Durante el 30.o Campeonato Anual de Ajedrez Midwest, este estudiante de Lane Tech tuvo un desempeño excepcional, avanzando a un partido con un gran maestro internacional de ajedrez. 

Este año, nuestros colaboradores en NASCAR y su STEM Fest Challenge dieron a los estudiantes de las CPS una gran oportunidad para explorar los conceptos científicos que hacen posible las carreras de automóviles. Esto comenzó con una competencia para diseñar el mejor casco de carreras, en la cual los equipos con el mejor desempeño pasaron al siguiente nivel para refinar sus diseños. El equipo ganador del primer premio en la división de noveno y décimo grado fue el de la Escuela Secundaria Solorio, mientras que estudiantes de la Escuela Secundaria de Matemáticas, Ciencia y Tecnología Infinity obtuvieron los puestos más altos para undécimo y duodécimo grado. 

Finalmente, nos complació reconocer a cuatro estudiantes de la Academia de Carreras Vocacionales de Chicago, que trabajaron juntos para crear un innovador programa de computadoras llamado Pathways. Este programa utiliza la inteligencia artificial para conectar a los intereses y las pasiones de los estudiantes con recorridos profesionales que quizás ni conocían. Este equipo de estudiantes conocedores de la tecnología ganó con su programa $10,000 en la competencia All Home Safe Innovation Challenge, auspiciada por Nation Builders, Microsoft, y Women of AT&T. 

Los estudiantes que celebramos durante el evento CPS Champions son solo una muestra del talento de nuestro Distrito, y representan a miles de pensadores y líderes creativos e innovadores que tienen un impacto en escuelas por toda nuestra ciudad. Cinco preguntas a Anne Gray, maestra de música en el Centro de Bellas Artes Franklin

Esta semana nos complace presentar a Anne Gray, que ha sido la maestra de música en el Centro de Bellas Artes Franklin por casi veinte años y recientemente apareció en The Today Show en NBC. En un divertido segmento, Gray y los estudiantes de Franklin fueron sorprendidos con un mensaje del actor Adam Sandler, un watch party en su auditorio, y un donativo de $5,000 a la escuela. Gray planea utilizar estos fondos para comprar nuevos amplificadores y guitarras para su aula, y mejorar los uniformes de coro de sus estudiantes. 

Gray y los otros maestros de bellas artes de Franklin actualmente preparan a sus estudiantes para el espectáculo de invierno anual de la escuela, el Winter Showcase. Este incluirá arte estudiantil, junto con presentaciones de piano, baile, coro, monólogos y hasta títeres.

“Franklin es un lugar mágico”, dice Gray. “Aquí las artes tienen el mismo peso e importancia que todos los otros sujetos académicos. Cada niño tiene su espacio feliz, sea matemáticas, baile o música, y aquí cada estudiante puede explorar esas pasiones”.

Estudiantes y personal destacados

Hemos estado teniendo un gran año escolar, y es gracias a estudiantes como Desean, de la Escuela Secundaria Wendell Phillips. Su diligente labor le ha permitido obtener más de $1 millón en becas universitarias. No solo ha sobresalido en el aula, sino que también ha sido una pieza clave del equipo de fútbol americano de Phillips. Ahora, su próxima decisión importante será seleccionar a qué universidad ir. Él busca una escuela con un programa de fútbol fuerte, buena asistencia financiera, y más que todo, oportunidades académicas que lo puedan ayudar a convertirse en mejor estudiante. 

El equipo de la Escuela Primaria Marcus Garvey también está teniendo un excelente año, gracias a su enfoque reforzado en la participación comunitaria. La escuela recientemente organizó el Baile Superman, una nueva variación de los bailes tradicionales entre padres e hijas, con la intención de celebrar a todos los hombres inspiradores que respaldan a nuestras niñas. El baile incluyó comida, bailes, una cabina de fotos y un gimnasio decorado en grande. En total asistieron más de cien miembros de la comunidad de Garvey. 

Y en la Escuela de Artes Plásticas y Escénicas Avalon Park, la colaboración comunitaria permitió que la escuela tuviera su festín de Friendsgiving. Los estudiantes pudieron comer todas las comidas asociadas con la Acción de Gracias, como pavo, aderezo, col, batatas y panecillos. También hubo cupcakes de postre y té helado y jugo para bajar la comida; todo esto fue donado por los padres de Avalon Park. Este evento fue una gran oportunidad para que los estudiantes desarrollaran orgullo y pertenencia como parte de su comunidad escolar. 

Un vistazo al Distrito 

Los estudiantes de la Escuela Primaria Curie, en el barrio Archer Heights, asistieron a la primera Feria de Recursos de Educación Preuniversitaria y Profesional, donde aprendieron sobre las oportunidades que ofrece esta educación adelantada. 

La Escuela Primaria Salazar, en Near North Side, celebró el festival de luces hindú conocido como Diwali. Los estudiantes aprendieron sobre el día de fiestas al leer el libro Let’s Celebrate 5 Days of Diwali y se sumergieron en tradiciones como el usar henna para crear diseños temporales en las manos.

En la Escuela Secundaria Northside Learning Center, en Hollywood Park, los estudiantes del programa culinario trabajaron duro para hornear más de 100 pasteles de calabaza para una rifa a nivel de toda la escuela. Tres ganadores por salón hogar fueron seleccionados para llevar un pastel a sus hogares; otros ocho estudiantes pudieron llevar una cena de pavo a sus familias.

Los estudiantes de la Escuela Primaria Lincoln, en Lincoln Park, celebraron la temporada de regalos con una nueva edición de su Fall Fest anual. Este evento a nivel escolar incluyó una asamblea con estudiantes de kínder a quinto grado que presentaron poesía y música en francés e inglés. 

El concilio estudiantil de la Escuela Primaria Till, en West Woodlawn, tuvieron la maravillosa oportunidad de servir a su comunidad con la distribución de 200 pavos a las familias y los residentes del vecindario a sus alrededores.

Finalmente, varias escuelas del Distrito organizaron sus propias cenas de Acción de Gracias. En la Escuela Primaria Piccolo, en West Humboldt Park, las familias, los estudiantes y el personal se unieron para una cena estilo potluck organizada en parte por el Comité Asesor de Padres. Mientras tanto, en Edison Park, parte del barrio Norwood Park, las aulas agrupadas de educación especial planearon y llevaron a cabo una cena de Acción de Gracias para sus compañeros, clínicos y administradores.

NASCAR dona bicicletas en la Escuela Primaria Ogden

La NASCAR Foundation recientemente envió dos docenas de bicicletas a estudiantes de la Escuela Primaria Odgen Elementary, en la región Near North Side. Como parte de su donativo a la iniciativa All Kids Bike, diseñada para enseñarles a los estudiantes de kínder a montar bicicleta en la clase de educación física, NASCAR traerá el programa, y un total de 200 bicicletas, a ocho escuelas del Distrito. El programa Learn-to-Ride ayudará a los estudiantes a desarrollarse física y mentalmente, aumentar su confianza, reducir su estrés y mejorar su enfoque dentro y fuera de las aulas. 

La Escuela Primaria Sauganash inaugura su nuevo anejo 

La comunidad escolar de la Escuela Primaria Sauganash se reunió esta semana para celebrar la apertura de su nuevo anejo escolar. Líderes del distrito y la comunidad se unieron a la escuela para una ceremonia de inauguración en la cual los invitados pudieron echarle un vistazo al nuevo espacio. Los estudiantes y el personal seguramente encontrarán recursos de calidad que promoverán el aprendizaje positivo, como impresoras tridimensionales en el nuevo espacio de creación CTIM y hornos de fabricación, o kilns, para facilitar la expresión creativa en la nueva aula de arte.

Comparta sus opiniones sobre el futuro de las instalaciones de las CPS

De diciembre a febrero de 2024, las CPS llevarán a cabo por toda la ciudad dieciséis mesas redondas comunitarias sobre nuestras instalaciones escolares. Las familias y el personal podrán colaborar y compartir sus opiniones sobre cómo debería priorizar el Distrito las reparaciones, los proyectos de construcción y las inversiones generales en nuestros edificios escolares. 

Puede encontrar su región e inscribirse para asistir a una reunión aquí. Aunque alentamos a que se asista presencialmente, cada una de estas reuniones incluirá la opción para asistir virtualmente. Se ofrecerá interpretación al español y el ASL en todas las reuniones regionales sobre el EFMP. Para garantizar su admisión, por favor inscríbase a su reunión seleccionada al menos 48 horas antes de que ésta comience.

La encuesta Shape Our Future es una gran oportunidad para que todas las partes interesadas de nuestro Distrito compartan los detalles de su experiencia con las CPS y decirnos en qué áreas piensan que vamos en buen camino, en qué áreas podemos mejorar, y qué les gustaría que se priorice en el futuro.

Esta encuesta solo toma siete a diez minutos en completarse, y todas las respuestas son anónimas. También está disponible en seis idiomas: inglés, español, árabe, polaco, urdu y chino simplificado.

Ha comenzado el plazo de solicitud para la edición de 2024 del festival de arte RE*VER*BER*ATE, que tendrá lugar del 1 al 4 de mayo de 2024; los estudiantes tendrán hasta el 1 de marzo de 2024 para hacer sus solicitudes. 

RE*VER*BER*ATE, un festival de arte de cuatro días, está abierto a todos los estudiantes de las CPS en el Distrito y brinda a los estudiantes participantes oportunidades para exhibir y presentar sus obras, además de talleres, revisiones de portafolios, y oportunidades universitarias y profesionales. Disponibles las vacunas actualizadas contra el COVID-19 y la influenza por medio de las CPS y el CDPH

Las CPS ahora ofrecen las vacunas actualizadas contra la influenza y el COVID-19, junto a las vacunas requeridas para asistir a la escuela; éstas serán distribuidas por medio de eventos de vacunación y centros de salud para estudiantes. Como hemos recibido una cantidad limitada de vacunas, estamos dando prioridad a los estudiantes que no tengan seguro médico, tengan seguro médico insuficiente u obtengan su seguro por medio de Medicaid; estas vacunas serán libres de costo. Las familias pueden visitar cps.edu/vaccines para obtener más información y programar citas. 

Debido a que nuestra provisión de vacunas es limitada, actualmente nos estamos enfocando solamente en nuestros estudiantes. Les recomendamos al personal, los padres o tutores legales que no tengan seguro médico, tengan seguro insuficiente u obtengan cobertura por medio de Medicaid obtener una vacuna por medio de un centro de salud federalmente calificado, o una clínica o evento de vacunación administrado por la ciudad de Chicago. 

El Departamento de Salud Pública de Chicago (CDPH, según sus siglas en inglés) en colaboración con City Colleges of Chicago, llevará a cabo clínicas de vacunación contra el COVID-19 y la influenza este diciembre. La primera de estas será el sábado, 2 de diciembre en Kennedy-King College (740 W. 63rd Street) y la segunda será el sábado, 9 de diciembre en Malcolm X College (900 W. Van Buren Street); ambas serán de 9 a. m. a 2 p. m. Se podrá pasar sin cita previa, pero también se podrá programar citas por medio de chicago.gov/covidvax.

Información importante para familias recibiendo beneficios de Medicaid

Todas las familias que reciban beneficios de Medicaid deben renovarlos anualmente. El estado de Illinois actualmente está enviando por correo, de manera continua, versiones físicas de sus formularios de renovación. El sobre que reciba será así:

Una vez reciba su formulario de renovación, por favor llénelo y devuélvalo lo más pronto posible para asegurar que su familia no pierda su cobertura de Medicaid. 

También puede renovar sus beneficios en línea. Visite abe.illinois.gov y haga clic en “Administrar Mi Caso” para entrar a su cuenta. Además, podrá encontrar en cps.edu/medicaid un guía de paso a paso sobre cómo renovar sus beneficios por correo postal o electrónicamente.
