Aspiring Assistant Principal Institute 1.0
The Aspiring Assistant Principal Institute (AAPI) is a workshop aimed at preparing aspiring assistant principals (teacher leaders, school counselors and other staff) who currently hold their principal endorsement, to engage in large- and small-group sessions that provide knowledge and tools to prepare them for leadership. Participants identify areas of needed improvement and self-assess their readiness for the AP role.
