As research strongly encourages Math, English, and team/SEL skill building to best support Freshman On Track rates, students will receive instruction in English, Math, and School Counseling as well as have the opportunity to participate in team building, field trips, and enrichment activities. CPS Freshman on Track Data has shown that students who participate in Freshman Connection have a higher FOT rate than non-participants.

FC has a rolling admissions deadline. Please complete the student application (when available) before arriving at your FC High School site.
No, students can only attend the program of the school they attend. If your high school is not listed, please reach out to your school counselor for other summer programming options.
All students who wish to participate in Freshman Connection are welcome to do so. Your information will be shared with your Freshman Connection High School. Please expect any further communication regarding Freshman Connection from your FC High School.
